Here are the details on the Speed Clinic
that will be held on 4/9,10. Every year Will has improved the program to
provide better coaching and practice drills. This year he has jumped it up
another notch. This is the best way I know of to get the season started on
the right foot (or keel?). Walt.
The Annual North Sails J-105 Speed Clinic
will be held on Friday evening April 9th and Saturday April 10th. The
team at North Sails will look forward to seeing you again this
year. See below for details and contact information.
FRIDAY APRIL 9th: 6:30
to 9:00pm at the North Sails Service Loft there will be a J-105
seminar covering a variety of J-105 speed related topics from rig tune to sail
trim to crew mechanics. Beer, sodas and snacks will be provided.
SATURDAY APRIL 10th: 8:30 Skippers
meeting at the North Sails Service Loft.
9:00AM
to 4:00PM On the water speed clinic begins at a location to be announced
at the skippers meeting
5:00PM to 7:00PM Clinic debrief and awards at the North Sails
Service Loft. Beer, sodas and snacks provided.
COST: $75.00 per
boat.

Again this year the team at North will host
out annual Speed Clinic. We will have 8 instructors and will run a series of on
the water drills concentrating on getting you and your crew up to speed for the
up coming J-105 season. Please plan to attend both the Friday Nite Seminar and
